The Challenge
Develop an entirely new digital presence for a mentorship concept that didn’t yet exist online. The project required combining visual direction, content strategy, UX design and technical setup to build something both elegant and powerful, all within a tight schedule and minimal references.
The Process
Mapped the goals, target audience and emotional triggers of the mentorship. Defined the content structure, flow and narrative based on the EUpresária Method, ensuring every section would reflect transformation, clarity and confidence.
Created a warm and professional visual direction inspired by Bee’s personal brand. Used soft tones, subtle gradients and clean typography to express trust, femininity and authority, keeping a consistent emotional connection throughout the layout.
Built the entire landing page in WordPress with Elementor. Structured all sections from scratch, including the hero, transformation story, program modules, about, and FAQ. Ensured responsive design, fast performance and clean navigation across all devices.
Applied Bee’s brand elements and colour palette consistently across the website. Balanced visual storytelling with clear CTAs and smooth spacing, creating harmony between design, content and messaging to communicate both professionalism and empathy.
Configured the form submission and email automation system using Gmail SMTP. Set up a dedicated subdomain for the mentorship to protect the main business email structure and improve deliverability, ensuring reliable lead communication.
Tested the full experience on multiple devices and browsers, refining responsiveness, readability and emotional impact. The mentorship page was launched successfully, delivering a seamless and inspiring journey aligned with Bee’s purpose and audience expectations.
