The scope, pricing and timeline of services are defined per project or agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Approving deliverables within agreed timeframes
Ensuring content provided does not infringe third party rights
Delays caused by missing information or approvals may impact timelines.

We may use third party tools such as analytics platforms, automation tools, AI systems and communication services to operate our website and services. These providers may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing: Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment Byoond retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and promotional purposes
Payments and refunds
Payment terms are defined per proposal or invoice. Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case by case basis depending on the stage of the project.
Limitation of liability
Byoond is not liable for:
Loss of revenue or business
Indirect or consequential damages
Results dependent on third party platforms, tools or user behaviour
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
